These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 8kingclub (hereinafter referred to as "8kingclub", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://8kingclub.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By registering an account on 8kingclub, accessing the Platform in any capacity, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any of the services offered by 8kingclub.

8kingclub primarily serves players residing in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other parts of West and East Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 8kingclub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's active status:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. 8kingclub enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling activities in your country or region before registering.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (multi-accounting) is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any point during which you continue to use the Platform.
6. No Prior Termination: You must not have previously had an Account terminated by 8kingclub due to a breach of these Terms or for any other reason that makes you ineligible for re-registration.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested in the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile phone number, and a secure password. You agree to notify 8kingclub promptly of any changes to your registered information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. 8kingclub strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

8kingclub will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 8kingclub that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3 Account Accuracy

All personal information submitted to 8kingclub must be genuine and accurate. The submission of false, misleading, or fabricated identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account shall be deemed dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 8kingclub reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Account holders will be notified prior to any fee deduction. Players may reactivate their Account by logging in and contacting our support team.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8kingclub supports a wide range of Malaysian payment channels. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. Withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. Gold and VIP tier members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing. Specific limits are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of each transaction.

5.3 Processing Times

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically processed instantly. FPX and online banking transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawal processing times range from 5 to 15 minutes for most players, with instant processing available to Gold tier and VIP members. Processing timelines may be extended where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. All deposits must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise specified. 8kingclub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including requests that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) thresholds.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 8kingclub does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions. Any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside the control of 8kingclub and are your sole responsibility.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and promotional credits offered by 8kingclub are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable terms before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

8kingclub actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus withdrawal regardless of game outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and other strategies designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine participation. Where bonus abuse is detected, 8kingclub reserves the right to void any associated bonus and winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account.

6.4 VIP and Loyalty Programme

Participation in the 8kingclub VIP loyalty programme is subject to the tier qualification criteria and benefits schedule published on the Platform. 8kingclub reserves the right to amend tier thresholds, benefits, and point valuations with reasonable notice to affected players. Points earned under the loyalty programme have no cash value outside of the Platform's redemption mechanism and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6.5 Birthday Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are awarded to verified Account holders in their birth month, at the tier-appropriate amount: Bronze MYR 188, Silver MYR 388, Gold MYR 888, VIP MYR 2,688. Birthday bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and require successful completion of identity verification. One birthday bonus per account holder per calendar year.

7.1 Game Fairness

All digital casino games hosted on 8kingclub utilise independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform represent genuine, independently audited figures. 8kingclub does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and others), UFC, e-sports, and other markets — are offered in accordance with applicable odds-setting procedures. 8kingclub reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, where obvious pricing errors exist, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round or sporting event bet, 8kingclub reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the player's account balance. Malfunction voids all plays and pay. No claims will be accepted for losses arising from technical faults outside 8kingclub's direct control.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and sports betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 8kingclub reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where wagering patterns are consistent with professional or syndicated betting activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kingclub Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using gaming transactions to layer or integrate illicit funds.
• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or using more than one Account, whether directly or through proxies, associates, or related parties.
• Automated Wagering Systems: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, AI-assisted tools, or any automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting identified software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain funds, credits, or other advantages. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of Platform errors are non-redeemable and subject to reversal.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the Platform for commercial gambling operations, re-selling of betting positions, or operating any form of unofficial agent network.
• Minor Access: Allowing any individual under the age of 21 to access your Account or otherwise facilitating underage gambling.

9.1 Verification Requirements

All Account holders are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to making their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during the Account lifecycle at 8kingclub's discretion, including following significant deposits, withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, or where unusual account activity is detected.

9.2 Required Documentation

Standard KYC documentation may include one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other recognised identification)
• Proof of residential address (dated within 3 months — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (copy of card, screenshot of e-wallet registered under your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required under AML policies

9.3 Withdrawal Holds

Pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold where KYC documentation has not been submitted or has not been accepted. 8kingclub will notify the Account holder of any documentation requirements via the registered email address. Funds will not be released until verification is completed to a satisfactory standard.

10.1 Self-Assessment & Player Controls

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders at no charge, accessible via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated alerts when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Daily Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permitted within a 24-hour period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of your Account for responsible gambling reasons. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

10.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

The 8kingclub Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. We operate an active age verification programme and cooperate with responsible gambling bodies to prevent underage gambling. If you believe an individual under the age of 21 has access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.

All content on the 8kingclub Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the intellectual property of 8kingclub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any Content on the Platform.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8kingclub, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8kingclub, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Where 8kingclub's liability cannot be excluded by law, such liability is limited to the amount wagered by the User in the specific game round or transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8kingclub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13.1 Termination by 8kingclub

8kingclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; engagement in Prohibited Activities; failure to complete KYC verification; fraudulent or suspicious account activity; or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the Company.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 8kingclub's support team. Prior to closing your Account, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of all applicable verification requirements.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all bonus balances, unredeemed loyalty points, and any funds held under a bonus condition will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to bonus conditions will be returned in accordance with 13.2 above, subject to KYC completion.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8kingclub is licensed to operate.

Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 8kingclub's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with Malaysian law to the extent it applies to their individual circumstances. 8kingclub makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.

8kingclub reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account and/or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that Account holders review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
